Strategy
RIC believes that poverty must be tackle up from a holistic view point, transitioning individuals from being aid recipients to becoming a empowered citizen in control of their own destinies. Over the year RIC has organized the isolated poor, learned to understand their needs, piloted, refined and scaled up practical ways to increase their access to resources and services, support their IGA initiatives and empower them to become active agent of change. We engaged our employees to be on the very door step very door step of the poorest of the families making our services accessible, relevant and adaptable. We learned over time to find the poorest of the poor those who are destitute and outside the reach of the most development actors and help them to rebuild their lives from scratch and achieve financial independence. We are working by Defined vision, Rights-Based Integrated Approach, Diversification of Operational Area, Special focus on Programmes for Elderly people and Self-Sustaining Credit Programme.
